We had a wonderful extended stay in the Vaucluse Gem apartment. It was very comfortable and included many little pleasant surprises like hotel-style toiletries. The Residde team was always available to assist when we needed something and attended to any minor issue promptly. They also allowed us to extend our stay as our new home was not ready when we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Residde have been managing my short term rental property at Bondi Beach for several years now and I have been very happy with the service. I have tried another management company and the customer service just did not compare. With Residde communication is very prompt and professional and their staff go above and beyond to assist regardless of the time of day. The owner will even come out personally to the property after hours if necessary to help with guest issues. I was overseas recently and there was a problem with a burst laundry pipe and subsequent loss of power and the Residde Team organised a plumber and electrician and everything was fixed very quickly. It was amazing. I trust Residde 100% to look after my rental property. They just take the stress out of everything and I would recommend them highly.

Although I've only experienced one of their properties, a glance at their other listings suggests a consistent quality across the board. My only minor observation is that their response times suggest they operate in a different time zone, but it's a minor issue as they typically respond within the day. Highly recommend.

My wife and I booked Shore(3) apartment in Coogee, Sydney with Residde for 2 weeks in September 2023. We found the property to be modern, comfortable and well equipped. It is extremely well positioned on Bream Street just around the corner from the beach and and easy walk to all the cafes, restaurants and shops in Coogee.
Residde were exceptional in their swift reply to any questions or queries we had.
We would certainly book with them again.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, modern and well appointed. we appreciated that the apartment had a clothes washer as well! Our stay in Bondi really felt like we were in a home of our own for a few days- so much so that I would return to Bondi just so I could try another Residde property in the area! I am more than confident in recommending this group for a holiday.

The compendium book had all of the information we could ever need pertaining to everything in the apartment, complex and beyond (cafe, restaurants, convenience stores, directions, bus & light rail routes, etc). It was a 5 star experience for us.

We stayed at a Residde property at Coogee. The location was perfect, in a quite street but only around the corner from the beach, with parking! Great apartment and communication was great. If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Sydney's beaches would highly recommend.

This is an amazing apartment so close to the beach and park,the balcony was lovely to have and we used it a lot even when we had the odd shower,the apartment it self was very spacious and clean with everything you need for a great holiday, the Residde staff were absolutely fantastic when we accidentally locked the keys in and they quickly got it sorted and we were back in within 20mintues.We would highly recommend Residde and we will definitely use them on our next trip from the UK, efficient friendly and professional what more could you want
